Thanks to all who came out to La Grange, Kentucky over the weekend

and helped support the Society and local Steampunk

at the 2015 OC3 Oldham County Comic Con

Another great year, another great time and we've already signed on to participate in next year's con.

Everyone had an exceptional time at the August meet of the 

Corn Island Steampunk Society.

And the town of Louisville is our claim to stake

(We will gather between 8 & 8:29 at the Subway Sandwich Shop

at Mid City Mall, Bardstown Road - Just look for the Jolly Roger Flag)

Come out and see the Corn Island Steampunk Society

and share in all the fun of this great event.

Comics, Costume Contests, Panels, Artists, Vendors and more.

Bring your friends and spread the word.

In just a few short weeks, it will be a busy time for the Society

as we have our August meet coming up on the 16th of this month at Kingfish

and the Oldham County Comic Con, OC3, AND the Louisville Zombie Attack where

we will be returning as the Dead Pirate's Society, both on the same day - the 29th

....but we should have no problem in breaking down

and hightailing it back in time to make the Zombie Attack event that evening.

A Smaller attendance, I'm sure due to the heat but that didn't stop

us from sharing in the good camaraderie and family fun.
